To bookmark any topic, select the topic and click on the Close Book button on the My Reader tab. Click the Yes button to add book mark on that topic. The next time the student opens that particular book, it will automatically direct to that particular topic.

Now CCS will prompt to put a bookmark on current topic of cloud courseware. This is to be noted that if notes are modified and saved by clicking on save button in notes editor window then CCS will not ask for saving notes.

It will ask only for putting a bookmark. Also student can remain in my reader tab, by clicking on cancel button when CCS prompts for either saving notes or putting a bookmark on current topic. Search for Friend’s inside My Reader The Know my Friend(s) Status icon on the My Reader tab will display the list of students who have already read the topic that you are in right now.

The list will include only chat friends. An important point to be noted over here is that when user clicks on close book button and syncs the note’s content associated with this cloud courseware, then along with notes, bookmark information will also go to server. Now when another student goes to same topic of same cloud courseware in my reader for which bookmark is put and clicks on search for friend’s, then it will show the name of that first student who have bookmarked the topic.
